About the prints and Cards
All prints and cards are produced on paper stock of between 200
and 300gsm. Some have a matt finish and others are coated with
a matt varnish. With the exception of ref. no's TM10 to 12 inc.
which have a printed signature, all prints are signed by the artist.
The prints have an image size (picture) and the overall print
size which includes a border. The images shown on this site do
not include the border area & dont always include the entire
image. However the images shown are a very true reflection of
the actual print itself.

How to pay for your purchase
Paying by credit / debit card
You will be able to pay securely online using a credit or debit
card and will make the payment through the secure online payment
basket provided by PayPal. PayPal is the number #1 online payments
service provider, please see www.paypal.co.uk for further information.
Tim Thompson Marketing does not have access to any credit / debit
card details.
Paying by cheque
Cheques should be made payable to "Tim Thompson Marketing"
and be in Pounds Sterling from a UK bank.
Orders will be dispatched after your cheque has cleared and you
have been notified that your order has been accepted.
Please print your name and address on the back of the cheque.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

ORDERS
Online
When you place an order online, you will have the opportunity
to check the details of your order and correct any errors before
placing the order. When you place your order you are making an
offer to buy. You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of
your order from PayPal. The ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER is not acceptance
of your offer. If your offer has been accepted you will be contacted

contract will be formed and your artwork will be despatched to

Offline
If you would like to make an order and pay offline, send a letter

the items ordered, price, your name, address, e-mail and telephone
number together with a cheque. When you send this letter you are
making an offer to buy. You will be sent an e-mail or letter confirming

of your offer. If your offer has been accepted you will be contacted
by us via e-mail or letter confirming that your offer has been
accepted. At this time your offer to buy will have been accepted

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your order confirmation e-mail or letter will provide the following

o delivery name and address

o item(s) ordered and prices

o any special delivery notes you have requested

DELIVERY
Delivery is costed on an individual basis and standard delivery
will be via Royal Mail. Please note that an extra delivery charge
may be applicable for non-standard delivery.
If you would like a faster or alternative method of delivery,
please contact us to enquire.
The prints are posted in a protective card tube and the cards
have a protective card envelope.
For large orders and for countries that are not listed during
the checkout - please contact us for details.
Delivery times:
UK - 2-3 working days
Europe - 3-5 working days
USA - 5-7 working days
These are approximate delivery times. We cannot be held responsible
if any products take longer than the specified delivery times.

CANCELLATIONS
By law you may cancel from the day of the order and up to 7 (seven)
working days after the day on which you receive the goods. This
right of cancellation does not apply to any goods which have been
made to your specification or personalized. We must have written
notice of your cancellation.
You will receive a full refund within 30 (thirty) days of cancellation
in the same format that you paid for the goods ie. either by cheque
or through PayPal by credit or debit card as applicable. If the
goods have already been despatched, you must handle them with
reasonable care and they should be returned to us in their original
condition at your own cost by courier, Special Delivery or equivalent.
The goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in their original
packaging. If the original packaging is not available similar
packaging should be used to provide secure packaging for the transit

If the goods are not returned we will collect them and deduct
the direct cost from the refund or charge these costs to you.

RETURNS POLICY
We very much hope you will be delighted with your purchase(s).
However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item
you may receive a full refund of your money within 30 (thirty)
days of cancellation. Please follow the guidance under CANCELLATIONS

FAULTY GOODS
We recommend that you check the condition of the goods you have
ordered when delivered. Please notify us as soon as possible if
you discover the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights as a
consumer shall apply to any entitlement to a refund, repair or
exchange in relation to faulty goods. We will arrange for any
faulty goods to be collected from you so that you do not incur
any expenses.

of the English Courts.
